The Caribic hosts an evening of Live/Audio/Performance.
Junior Aspirin Records air a podcast titled Explaining Capitalism,
a three part lecture, presented by artist/writer Dan Fox. Nicolas
Ceccaldi performs a vocal presentation with recorded accompaniment,
combining Gregorian chanting with a Beastie Boys style delivery.
Tina Kohlmann and Nina Tobien play a pre-recorded vocal exchange,
quack-quack. Mark Schreiber and Bernhard Schreiner
both independently perform live computer generated sound compositions.
With impressive speed and accuracy Samuel Forsythe performs
an automatic reading sourced from dictionary excerpts. Bernie&Dave,
an electro acoustic improvisation duo, concludes the evening
with a live instrumental performance. |
